The Twin Room offered ample space for comfort and relaxation. The location was strategically ideal for quick access to several nearby attractions, especially the local golf courses.
Heating didn't run consistently during the evening, leaving it a bit chilly at times, especially on foggy nights. Couldn't complain about an option for a tighter breakfast schedule on busy mornings, as it felt a little rushed. The decor was decent but could use modern updates to enhance the overall vibe.

The food was GREAT, the rooms were huge and tidy. It was nice having an electric kettle, a stone fireplace and iron/ironing board. The location was unbeatable - 500 metres away from St Baldred's Church.

The breakfast was out of this world! Tom and Emma were super helpful, and the location was perfect for a stroll to the beach. Only downside was the heating could've been on a bit more during chilly nights. 🌊

perfectly centralized for exploring sights and nature
this place was an excellent base for our adventures as we enjoyed a short stroll of about 500 meters to the scenic Milsey Bay Beach and just a quick walk of around 400 meters led us to the lovely Links Bar & Lounges for drinks after our daily explorations.

Really good stay for golf lovers
Tom and Emma. The breakfasts were a highlight, with locally sourced ingredients that delighted every morning. With fine views and perfect cleanliness, our stay was nothing short of perfect.
The only drawback was the inconsistent evening heating, which sometimes left us a bit chilly during our late-night chats. This didn't overshadow our overall fantastic experience.

Ideal stay for golf enthusiasts
Tom and Emma took care of everything! They arranged our tee times at fantastic courses, and it was like we were having our own personal golf retreat. The breakfast room had these beautiful garden views, made waking up enjoyable. The cooked breakfast was great!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the quality and service, it was acceptable.
